There were several issues, like the bar frequently being closed and a lack of complimentary bottled water in rooms, which feels like a miss for a modern hotel. Parking was also a hassle. I pre-booked but found no space available. the elevators were a slow crawl since one-third were out of order, making simple activities like getting to the room a bit of a drag. Cleaning left some room for improvement—bathrooms had poor ventilation, and towels struggled to dry out properly during my stay.
